Kuhn’s suit also takes aim at the non-disclosure agreement she says she was pressured to sign, arguing it shouldn’t hold up in court. The case is still working its way through the legal system, and neither Howard nor Beth has issued a detailed public response as of this writing.
Here’s where it gets complicated for those of us who’ve followed this family for years. Beth Stern has built a huge public reputation around animal rescue work — genuinely beloved by fans for it. Howard, for his part, has always presented his home life as the soft, grounded counterpart to his loud on-air persona.
