Clarkson’s Farm favourite Harriet Cowan has showcased her glamorous side by ditching her usual farming attire for a “stunning” summer mini dress. The 24-year-old healthcare worker and farmer gained a devoted following after featuring in the fourth series of Amazon Prime’s popular documentary programme, Clarkson’s Farm.

Following her brief appearance on the programme, audiences have been eager to learn more about her background. Harriet frequently provides glimpses and commentary about her daily life through social media, where she has accumulated hundreds of thousands of admirers across major platforms such as TikTok and Instagram.
In her latest video, Harriet unveiled what she considers to be the “perfect day”. The self-recorded content shows the young healthcare professional sporting a pale yellow gingham mini-dress while standing in a field with cows visible behind her.
She looks directly at the lens while miming along to the words of Dusty Bibles by American Christian artist, Josiah Queen.
The caption beneath her post simply reads: “Summer dress + cows = my perfect day”.
Fans flocked to the comments section to share their views. One wrote: “Absolutely stunning [two red heart emojis] and so so funny”.

Harriet won over the nation after teaming up with Top Gear legend Jeremy Clarkson on his hit documentary series, which chronicles his adventures managing a farm in the picturesque Oxfordshire countryside.
The seasoned television presenter, 65, brought Harriet on board at his sprawling 1,000-acre estate, Diddly Squat Farm, as a stand-in while his usual farm manager, Kaleb Cooper, 26, was away on his solo tour, The World According to Kaleb.
Harriet quickly endeared herself to the audience, showcasing her farming prowess as she tackled various maintenance tasks and got stuck in, leading to calls from fans of the Amazon Prime reality show for her to make a comeback.
Upon Kaleb’s return to the series, Harriet resumed her normal life, but she appeared to have made a significant impression on Jeremy Clarkson.
He shared: “You saved my life. So, if we get stuck again, can we give you a call?” Despite her memorable stint, there are no official plans for Harriet to reappear in the current season of Clarkson’s Farm, nor have any potential future engagements been confirmed by sources close to the show.
Hailing from Derbyshire, Harriet has deep roots in agriculture, having been raised on her grandfather’s livestock farm, which is now managed by her father.
Her social media presence is heavily influenced by her farming activities and her close relationship with her brown collie, Sky.
Beyond her farming commitments, Harriet is also a healthcare professional; she completed her nursing studies at the University of Derby in 2023 and is now a fully registered nurse.
She is employed by the NHS as an adult district nurse.
