Season five of Clarkson’s Farm is in the works

Clarkson’s Farm star Lisa Hogan has shared a sweet update from Diddly Squat as filming is taking place on season five of the hit Prime Video series.

The fourth outing may only have finished airing last week, but fans have already been given a fresh update about the forthcoming outing.

In a cute video uploaded to her Instagram account, the 51-year-old shared some footage of the geese.

She explained to her followers: “The goslings are growing beautifully, all of their baby feathers are coming out.”

Adding: “And once their little heads get proper feathers, we can put them outside, otherwise they’re not waterproof.”

The actress and model zoomed in on the birds as they chirped away and sat together on hay inside their pen.

Many Clarkson’s Farm fans rushed to the comments section to share their thoughts, as one person simply posted: “I’ve been told that geese are excellent security for farms.”

As a second joked: “Combine them with Peacocks and you have an air-raid warninglike system… You will know if someone get to close to your house [sic].”

A third person wrote: “Love those wonderful sounds” and another follower said: “How sweet they are.”

A fifth person added: “They look good. Always make me smile the way they sit in a heap.”

This is just the latest insight Lisa has shared from Clarkson’s Farm after confirming earlier this year that the Diddly Squat Farm team was “thick into filming” the new episodes.

In the previous video, Lisa teased: “We were filming yesterday and going along in the tractor in a field by the hens and there is this little white blob on the road. Lo and behold it was a lamb. Just popped out right there and then, so cute.”

The star added: “Here behind us you can sit, have a pint, look at the sheep and maybe watch a lamb being born.”

More recently, she shared a video of donkeys Bill and Ben as she joked about how they could help her boyfriend Jeremy Clarkson get around the farm in his later years.

Lisa captioned the video: “Thoughts on Bill & Ben as @jeremyclarkson1 support vehicles? Thinking they could walk in tandem, with a sort of throne thingy in the middle. Other ideas welcome.”

Along with featuring animals, season five of Clarkson’s Farm will also look at the impact of the changes to inheritance tax on farmers, as well as giving fans an update on Jeremy’s pub The Farmer’s Dog.

Meanwhile, Lisa has been hard at work at the Diddly Squat Farm Shop and building the brand, which are likely to be featured in the new series.
